An inappropriate warm up can be downright dangerous. Here’s how to ensure your warm ups are effective (and fun)!
Does your warm up for your workout or class consist of jumping onto the bike or treadmill for five minutes, followed by a couple of stretches; or if you’re in your sports team, before getting into training do you go for a jog around the oval or pitch, and then stop for a few simple stretches (i.e. ‘static stretching’)?
